Join CPAG – support our work and receive the latest information and publications on welfare benefits and/or poverty-related issues. Choose from the different categories of membership below

As a CPAG member you can attend and vote at the AGM, vote in the elections for the board of trustees and stand for election yourself.

You can also help CPAG with a donation. Your financial support will enable us to work even more effectively against the injustices of poverty.

Supporting Membership

An excellent way to support CPAG and keep up-to-date with our campaigning activities is to join CPAG as a Supporting Member.

For £26 (£7.00 unwaged) per year you will be sent three issues of Poverty, CPAG's journal on poverty issues, plus our bimonthly Campaigns newsletter. You will also receive an (optional) monthly email "News from CPAG" keeping you updated on our campaigns, policy work, publications, training and what's new in our Library (which is open to members).

Policy Membership

If you would like authoritative, challenging publications like Poverty: the facts plus topical briefings sent to you automatically, join CPAG as a Policy Member.

For £34 per year you will receive:

  • at least two policy publications
  • three issues of Poverty, CPAG's journal on poverty issues
  • a minimum of four printed briefings on current policy topics
  • bimonthly Campaigns newsletter
  • an (optional) monthly email "News from CPAG" keeping you updated on our campaigns, policy work, publications, training and what's new in our Library (which is open to members).

Rights Membership

If you would like CPAG’s Handbook and Bulletin sent to you automatically before publication, join CPAG as a Rights Member.

For £57 per year you will be sent:

  • the Welfare Benefits and Tax Credits Handbook
  • six issues of the Welfare Rights Bulletin
  • three issues of Poverty, CPAG's journal on poverty issues
  • bimonthly Campaigns newsletter
  • an (optional) monthly email "News from CPAG" keeping you updated on our campaigns, policy work, publications, training and what's new in our Library (which is open to members)
  • you will be offered exclusive pre-publication discounts on social security legislation.

This new membership package gives you access to the online edition of the Handbook, plus all the other publications and services received by Rights members (except of course for the printed Handbook).

For £72 per year you will be sent:

  • an annual subscription for one concurrent user to CPAG’s Welfare Benefits and Tax Credits Law Online
  • six issues of the Welfare Rights Bulletin
  • three issues of Poverty, CPAG's policy journal
  • bimonthly Campaigns newsletter

Comprehensive membership is like all other memberships rolled into one, bringing you all the publications received by Supporting, Policy and Rights members.
