New elearning courses from CPAG in Scotland

19 June 2013

We have developed two new elearning courses to help you get to grips with important changes in the benefits system which can be found at elearning.cpag.org.uk.

For a trial period we are offering FREE access to our Universal Credit elearning course. This course is for frontline workers who do not work in welfare rights but want to find out about universal credit to give basic advice or refer on.

Our Think! Benefits course is also for frontline workers who do not work in welfare rights but want to learn how to identify basic benefit support simply and effectively, and how to guide people to further advice when it matters most.

You can create an elearning account for free at elearning.cpag.org.uk. After you have registered you will have three weeks to complete the universal credit course.

Our courses take on average one hour to complete. Once you have completed the course and submitted your evaluation, you can then print off your certificate.
