Srabani Sen OBE
Srabani Sen has 30 years’ experience in the not for profit sector, 10 of them as a highly successful voluntary sector CEO. She also has over 20 years’ experience as an effective board member.
With a track record of transformational change in organisations, Srabani also has a strong expertise in campaigning and ensuring that vulnerable groups have an effective voice with decision makers. Her campaigning work was central to achieving major shifts in public policy in the alcohol and children’s disability arenas. Srabani’s CEO roles include the British Association of Adoption and Fostering, Contact a Family and Alcohol Concern. Srabani became a consultant in autumn 2014, specialising in strategy, leadership and governance. For NCVO, she leads on strategy projects and runs training for CEOs and Boards on strategy.
