TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

1. Cancellations must be made in writing 14 clear days (10 working days) prior to the course commencing. A refund will be issued less a 25% deduction to cover administration costs. We regret that we cannot normally give refunds on cancellations received within 14 days (10 working days) of a course.

2. Courses are subject to cancellation if there are insufficient bookings to make a course viable.
