Fees and booking information

Cancellations
Cancellations should be made in writing. Please note that we cannot refund any of your fee if you cancel within 14 days (10 working days) of a course. There is a 25% administration fee if you cancel before this. There is a 50% cancellation charge if you cancel an in-house course less than 28 working days before the course is due to take place. If we have already produced training materials, there may be a further 25% charge.

Reductions
We set our training fees to try and cover our costs. But we can provide reduced costs places for poorly funded groups. Please contact Pauline Chalmers for more details on 0141 552 3303 or email pchalmers@cpagscotland.org.uk.

Lunch
Our full-day courses are inclusive of lunch (not our half-day or in-house courses). Lunch includes a vegetarian option. Please indicate on the booking form if you have any other dietary requirements.

Booking
To book a course, please complete the booking form and return it to Pauline Chalmers at CPAG in Scotland (contact details)

Joining instructions
We will send you course details about two weeks before the course. If you have not received joining instructions and want to book travel, please call us first to confirm that the course will run (occasionally a course is cancelled if there are too few participants). Full-day courses run from 10am until 4pm with registration, tea and coffee from 9.30am. Half-day courses run from 1pm until 4pm with registration, tea and coffee from 12.30pm.
