This page shows fees for London-based training courses. For fees in Scotland see the CPAG in Scotland fees page.

Please note, training fees for London-based courses do not include lunch unless this is stated in the description.

NEW: CPAG Rights and Comprehensive members get a 5 per cent discount on our courses - simply quote your membership number on the booking form.

(Membership discounts will only be applied if membership number is quoted at point or order/purchase. Membership discount cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other discount.)

Date transfers

If for any reason you wish to transfer your training place to a place on another course on another date, the following fees apply.

• If you transfer more than 28 days from the course date, no charge applies.
• If you transfer between 14 and 28 days from the course date, 25% of the course fee will be charged.
• If wish to transfer between 7 and 14 days of the course date, 50% of the course fee will be charged.

We do not accept transfers within 7 days of the course place and this would be seen as a cancellation.

We are happy for you to send a colleague in your place. Let us know in advance via email.

Transfers should be made in writing to training@cpag.org.uk.

Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel the booking, the following cancellation fees apply.

• If you cancel more than 28 days from the course date, a £25 cancellation fee will apply.
• If you cancel between 14 and 28 days from the course date, 50% of the course fee will be charged.
• If you cancel within 14 days of the course date, you will be charged the full course fee.
