TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

1. Course fees must be paid beforehand.

2. Cancellations must be made in writing 14 clear days (10 working days) prior to the course commencing. A refund will be issued less a deduction of £25 to cover administration costs. We regret that we cannot normally give refunds on cancellations received in the 14-day period leading to a course.

3. Courses are subject to cancellation if there are insufficient bookings to make a course viable.
