TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

1. Course fees must be paid beforehand.

2. Cancellations should be made in writing. Please note that we are unable to refund any of your fee if you cancel within 14 clear days (10 working days) of a course or seminar. A 25% administration fee will be charged if you cancel at any time prior to this.

3. Courses are subject to cancellation if there are insufficient bookings to make a course viable.
