European nationals - benefits essentials

There are special benefit and tax credit rules for people coming to the UK from Europe. Not everyone can claim, but often people who lose their jobs or cannot work are wrongly refused benefit. This half-day course aims to give a basic awareness and overview of the benefit rights of European nationals, and to help frontline staff signpost for advice more effectively.
